Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate UI/UX Designer (0–1 years experience) to support the design of user-centric web and mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, apply design fundamentals, and grow under the guidance of senior designers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering UX requirements and understanding user needs.
     
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes.
     
  • Design UI components following established design systems and brand guidelines.
     
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver consistent experiences.
     
  • Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
     
  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
     
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
     
  • 0–1 years of UI/UX design experience (internships or academic projects acceptable).
     
  • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for web or mobile platforms.
     
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, , Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or similar.
     
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design.
     
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
