Role Overview

We are looking for a Graduate / Associate Software Engineer who is passionate about building a career in software development. This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering background who are eager to transition into software, strengthen their fundamentals, and grow under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance of senior developers.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards.

• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.

• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Take part in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve skills and contribute to team success.

• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address software engineering challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any technical discipline with a strong interest in software development.

• Basic knowledge of Python, C#, or JavaScript (experience with Rust or Go is a plus).

• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.

• Exposure to databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

• High motivation to transition and grow in a professional software engineering role.
