Business Development Executive
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing outreach campaigns using CRMs.
You should be confident in crafting personalized emails and maintaining a strong understanding of the IT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and evaluate potential leads across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and digital platforms.
Execute and optimize outbound campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
Craft tailored, high-converting outreach emails to engage potential clients.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through continuous lead generation.
Work with CRMs like Apollo, HubSpot, etc., to track interactions and manage lead status effectively.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead-to-client conversions.
Support the organization in planning and executing sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
Proficient in using CRMs.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to write compelling and personalized outreach emails.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Understanding of software products and services is required.
Familiarity with analytical tools and development technologies.

Timings: 🕑 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT
Location: DHA Phase V, Lahore
Compensation: Market-competitive salary with performance-based incentives + commission
